Membership Cancellation Policy

3.1 Monthly Memberships: Members with monthly memberships can cancel at any time, with the membership remaining active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

3.2 Annual Memberships: Members with annual memberships can cancel within 45 days of the membership start date for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued for annual memberships.

4.1 Akina Connect reserves the right to terminate a membership for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of membership terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, non-payment, or breach of company policies.

4.2 In the event of membership termination initiated by Akina Connect, any remaining membership fees will not be refunded.
